How to Apply

1. You should visit the Caisse Nationale de la Sécurité Sociale (CNSS) office registration department and express your interest.
2. Fill out the application form, which can be obtained from the CNSS office, or CNSS website or click the link below to download (Application form)
3. Submit the completed form along with the supporting documents (listed below under "Required Documents") to the attending official for verification and processing.
4. The CNSS official will then update the information on the CNSS computer data base immediately.

• For children: a birth certificate and a school certificate
• For spouses: an identity document (identity card or passport) and a marriage certificate
• For resident foreigners: a work permit or a resident card
• For students: an identity document (identity card or passport) and the student card
• For retirees: an identity document (identity card or passport) and the pension booklet
• For all adults, whatever their situation: an identity document (identity card or passport)

• Individuals who are registered with the CNSS can provided for their family/dependents with basic financial security benefits in the future in case of death by registering them with the CNSS
