How to apply

1. You should visit the Ministry of Housing, Town planning and environment office, Department of housing and town planning office near you and express your interest.
2. Fill out the application form which can be obtained from the above office, attach the supporting documents (listed below under "Required Documents") and submit them to the attending official for verification and processing.
3. If the authorized official is satisfied that all the documents are in order you will be issued with the building permit within 7 working days.

• Copy of the Registration Certificate
• Copy of the Plan of Situation
• Copy of the Cadastral Land Plan
• Material extraction tax
