How to apply

1. You should visit the Ministry of Housing, Town planning and environment office, Department of housing and town planning office near you and express your interest.
2. Submit the request letter for Demolition along with the supporting documents (listed below under "Required Documents") to the attending official for verification and processing.
3. If the authorized official is satisfied that all the documents are in order you will be issued with the demolition permit within 7 working days.

• Copy of the Location Plan
• Copy of the Cadastral Land Plan

• Any demolition of a site/build(s) either totally or partially requires an authorization from the management of the public domain of the municipality concerned or from the ministry of land, Directorate of Housing and Town Planning.
