How to apply

1. All foreigners upon arriving in Djibouti are required to apply for a foreign identification card with the consulate or embassy of his/her country of origin in Djibouti.
2. You should contact your embassy or consult in Djibouti first, as the application process varies and you will be given further instruction on how to fill the application with the embassy or consulate.
