How to apply

1. You should visit the municipality office for a simple road construction or the Department of housing and town planning office for major road construction near you and express your interest.
2. Submit the request letter for authorization of road works along with the supporting documents (listed below under "Required Documents") to the attending official for verification and processing.
3. If the authorized official is satisfied that all the documents are in order you will be issued with the road work permit within 7 working days.

• Copy of the Land Title
• Copy of the Site Plan
• Copy of the Cadastral Land Plan
• Copy of the View in Plan

e.g. The state office holds birth records since january 1908.

• Any road work on a public/state land requires an authorization from the management of the public domain of the municipality concerned or from the Directorate of Housing and Town Planning.
