How to apply

1. You should visit any of the prefecture office department of Legalization and Certification Service office near you, approach the service desk and express your interest.
2. Submit the document(s) that need legalization to the attending official for verification and processing.
3. Pay the required stamp fees
4. If the authorized official is satisfied that all the documents are in order you will be issued with a copy(ies) of the legalized document(s) with in one working day.
