How to apply

1. You should visit any of the prefecture office department of Legalization and Certification Service office near you, approach the service desk and express your interest.
2. Submit the diploma/document that need authentication to the attending official for verification and processing.
3. Pay the required stamp fees
4. If the authorized official/ Notary is satisfied that all the document(s) are in order you will be issued with a certified duplicate copy of the diploma(s) with in one working day.

• The Original and the Copy of the Diploma or document
• The Original of the Identity Card for Withdrawal
