How to apply
Via the embassy/consulate

1. You should contact the Djibouti embassy/consult near you, for more information on how to file the application with them, as the application process varies with embassy/consult.
2. Fill out the application form which is obtain from the embassy offices or download it via the Djibouti embassy/consult website portal if available in your current host/residing/home country.
3. Submit the completed form along with the supporting document (listed below under “Required Documents”) for verification and processing by the embassy.
4. You will be notified of the outcome by an official at the embassy and given further instructions.
   
   

Upon arrival in Djibouti

1. You can obtain the application form visa on arrival at the airport in Djibouti e.g Ambouli International Airport.
2. Accurately Fill out the application form attach the required documents and submit them for verification and processing.
3. If the authorized official is satisfied that all the documents are in order you will be issued with the visa immediately.

• Valid official/diplomatic passport
• An official letter from the sending government or organization
• Recent passport size photograph
