Apply In-Person

1. To apply for a Phytosanitary Certificate, Applicant shall send a written request to the APZFD. Contact details are listed below under the “office locations and contacts” section.
2. You have to submit a written request to the APZFD in person
3. Please make sure you have all the required documents that are listed under the Required Document” section of this page.
4. The applicant shall present the written request mentioning date, time and place of technical visit along with the documents to the APZFD. Contact details are listed below under the “office locations and contacts” section
5. After the request is processed and approved, The Inspector visits the Applicant’s premises and inspects the shipment destined for export.
6. Once the inspection yields satisfactory results, the inspector issues a Phytosanitary Certificate.

The Certificate is valid per shipment or consignment. A new shipment requires a new Phytosanitary Certificate
