How to apply

1. You (host) should visit any of the prefecture office, department of Legalization and Certification Service office near you, approach the service desk and express your interest.
2. Submit the request for reception certificate along with all the supporting documents (listed below under “Required Documents”) and submit them to the attending official for verification and processing.
3. Pay the required stamp fees.
4. If the authorized official is satisfied that all the documents are in order you will be issued with the certificate within one working day.
