You can obtain a new Health Insurance Card free of charge, if:
Your Health Insurance Card is valid for as long as you are resident in Denmark and you do not change the information printed on the card.

Online Application: Within 4 weeks after you have registered, your yellow national health card arrives.

In case you lose your card, you must order and pay for a new one.
You can order a Health Insurance Card at your local Citizen Service Centres. You may also request for one online.
