1. To order a copy of a baptism certificate, applicants may apply online through Borger.dk (for applicants in Copenhagen). Alternatively, applicants can obtain a new certificate at their local church office.
2. For applicants applying online, Please note that the self-service is in Danish. In order to use this self service you need a NemID card.
3. In order to get a baptism certificate at Borgerservice you need an address in Copenhagen.
4. Simply follow instructions on how to complete the online application.
