This procedure explains various ways to Apply for Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) Clearance in Dasmarinas.

Apply Online:

1. To apply for a Phytosanitary Certificate online, Applicant shall register on the Ephyto Web Application.
2. To register on Ephyto click on the following link: Link
3. On the given page fill up your details and click on “Register”
4. Once your registration is successful come back to the login page, use your credentials and click on “LOGIN” : Link
5. Once login, fill up your details and schedule an inspection and proceed.
6. Once your application is registered and processed, the Quarantine services will conduct an inspection.
7. The inspector inspects the shipment destined for export.
8. Once the inspection yields satisfactory results, the inspector issues a Phytosanitary Certificate
