Apply In-Person:

1. To obtain Origin Certificate please approach local Mamlatdar office which is located in your area.
2. Application should be obtained from concerned office and should be addressed to Mamlatdar
3. Make sure you have all the required documents and eligible to get this certificate
4. Complete the application and submit along with required document and appropriate fees
5. Submit the application to the concerned authority where they start the processing
6. After successful verification authority will issue the certificate

Apply through Centres:

1. To obtain Certificate of Origin in Daman & Diu, the applicant shall visit the nearest CSC/Tehsil Centre. Find contacts to CSC centres in the link provided:Link
2. Procure the mandatory application form from the concerned centre and fill it up with the necessary details required for the amendment.
3. Make sure to attach all the "Required Documents" along with the application form before submission.
4. Provide authorized signatory and photograph, wherever applicable.
5. Make the requisite payment required for the process (if applicable).
6. Now, submit the application to the office of the concerned centre and obtain the acknowledgement slip.
7. After successful verification, the Certificate will be issued by the concerned authority.
8. Obtain the Certificate from the concerned CSC centre by showing the acknowledgement slip.
