1. Application for a driving license (TOM 7B).
2. Two recent photographs sized 40CH35 mm
3. Identification Card
4. Previous driving license or learner's driver's license
5. Health certificate, in case of applicants requesting for renewal of Normal Driving Licence, who is 70 years old and over 65 years for renewal of regular license to drive a motor vehicle in category C, C + E, D + E, category C1, C1 + E , D1, D1 + E and special classes G, H, I, and people with physical disability.
