1. Applicants must fill up the necessary forms.

2. Attach altered driving license in case of deterioration of the driving license or attestation from the police in case of theft

3. Along with all relevant documents applicants must go in person or send the relevant documents by proxy to the offices of the Department of Road Transport.

4. In case of delivery of the application by proxy, the affirmation (TOM 46B) must be certified by pistopoioynta employee or community council.

3. Two recent photo sized 40x35 mm

4. Identity Card

5. Altered driving license if the reason for obtaining a copy of driver license is deterioration of the current one.

6. Attestation from the police in case of theft

A list which displays the kind of information which is required to complete the procedure.

A copy of the license may be issued in case of loss, deterioration or destruction of the license.

A copy of driving license is identical to the original driving license, marked "COPY" and has the same effect as the original driving license.

The duplicate license driving license or learner's license are governed by the Driving License Law of 2001.
