1. To renew your vehicle registration you will need to show proof that your vehicle was inspected and declared road worthy. Unless of course, the roadworthiness test can be done in the local police department or police station.
2. Pay all necessary fees to renew your vehicle registration.

Renewals may be processed at the local police station / department. It may be submitted by any natural person as long they can present the owner's ID and their own ID.

Vehicle registration is a requirement by the state. It's purpose is to establish clear ownership and to tax motorist or vehicle owners.
