Order certificate online

Order copies of a life partnership certificate through the e-citizen system. To able to use the system, you will need to resister first. E-citizens users must be a Croatian citizen, and older than 15 years old.

You may use the link provided under "Office Locations & Contacts" to get in touch with the nearest Embassy/Mission of Croatia. The Embassy's consular service section will be able to help process your request to obtain a copy of a life partnership certificate .
