Special conditions in grating approval for the acquisition of weapons:
In some cases, acquisition permit may be issued to applicants aged 18 years old and police officers of the Ministry of the Interior. It may also be issued to members of the Croatian Armed Forces and the judicial police aged 18 years old, who are authorized under special regulations to keep and bear arms. Others who may obtain permit at that age are, security guards who are authorized under special regulations to keep and bear arms, members of athletic shooting associations that actively competes in the sports of shooting and hunting people who have passed the exam.
Administrative fee (stamps): 45.00 kuna
