Apply In-Person

1. To apply for a Phytosanitary certificate, Applicant shall approach the Directorate of Food and Phytosanitary Policy. Contact details are listed below under the “office locations and contacts” section
2. You have to submit an application request to the Directorate of Food and Phytosanitary Policy.
3. The application request shall include the information listed below under the “required information” section.
4. Please make sure you have all the required documents that are listed under the “Required documents” section of this page.
5. The applicant shall send the application request and Documents to the Directorate of Food and Phytosanitary Policy.
6. After the application request is processed and accepted, an inspection is scheduled.
7. Once the inspection yields satisfactory results, the applicant has to pay the prescribed fee and collect the Phytosanitary Certificate.

The Certificate is valid per shipment or consignment. A new shipment requires a new Phytosanitary Certificate
