1. You will need to submit a handwritten request to obtain Nationality Certificate to the Court Clerk's Office.
2. You will also be asked to present an extract of your birth record and submit a photocopy of your parent's NIC.
3. Pay for the certificate.
4. It will take about 6 days for your request to be processed and for the certificate to be ready for issuance.

• Original extract of the birth certificate of the applicant;
• Photocopy of the NIC of Ivorian parents
• Handwritten request to the President of the Court;
