1. Application forms may be obtained from the following:
   1. Application and issuing centers.
   2. Deputy Police Directorate of Air and Border
   3. National Police Website
   4. Internet Dealership Website
   5. Bank Branches where you can pay the passport fee
2. Fill in the application form and pay the passport fee at any designated banks.
3. Make sure that you collect your receipt and take note of your transaction number.
4. Go to the application and issuing center of your choice and submit your application along with all other required documents.
5. Authorities will verify all documents that you have submitted.
6. Once the police finished verifying the documents and your application is approved they will issue the passport.

For country of origin:

• Certificate of Ivorian nationality
• Extract of birth certificate
• Photocopy of the national identity or the original administrative certificate identity card
• Photocopy of the national identity card or certificate of identity of one of the parents
• Extract of marriage certificate (for married women)
• For minors, parental consent legalized
• Proof of payment of passport fees

For naturalized individuals:

• Copy of the decree of naturalization
• Certificate of nationality
• Extract of birth certificate
• Photocopy of the national identity card or the original administrative identity papers
• Extract of marriage certificate (for married women)
• For minors, parental consent legalized
• Proof of payment of passport fees

For foreign adopted by an Ivorian:

• Copy of the judgment or the judgment of adoption;
• Certificate of nationality
• Extract of birth certificate
• Photocopy of the national identity or the original administrative certificate identity card
• Extract of marriage certificate (for married women)
• For minors, parental permission legalized
• Proof of payment of passport fees
• Certificate of Ivorian nationality of the adopter

For foreign woman married to an Ivorian:

• Extract of the marriage
• Certificate of nationality
• Extract of birth certificate
• Photocopy of the national identity or the original administrative certificate identity card
• Proof of payment of passport fees
• Certificate of Ivorian nationality of the husband.
