2. Go to a driver licensing office. Addresses are listed under 'Office Locations & Contacts' section.
3. Submit all required documents and pay the theory exam fee (fees may be paid through a bank, for more details - link).
4. Submit to a health check.
5. Take and pass the theory exam.

• Valid identification
• Proof of payment of the application fee
• Medical certificate (valid for 180 days)
• Proof that you have completed a Basic Driving Course
• Payment of Insurance Policy
