1. To apply for an identity card go to the Consulate of your jurisdiction and fill the relevant documents.
2. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal representatives when they apply. If the parents or the representatives are not available the minor must be accompanied instead by two witnesses with valid identity cards.

• 2 passport size photographs of the same background in light blue without identification of the carrier and not the negative
• Copy of the identity card of a parent or legal guardian
• Copy of the identity card of the witnesses
