• Application for approval of name: $20
• Formation of company: $110

Registration of charges for company documents:

• Debenture: $50
• Mortgage: $50
• Instrument by way of security (IBWS): $50
• Mortgage/Debenture: $50
• Addition (any above charges on the same day of the same company): $10
• Satisfaction of all charges: $20
• IBWS (individuals): $40
• Satisfaction(Individuals): $15
• Increase in capital: $50

Annual Return Fee

The annual return fee of the company depends on the nominal capital of the company and this must be paid by the company every year.

The first annual return form must be filed after 12 months of forming/registering the company. Subsequent annual return forms must be filed before the 1st of July of the following year.

By law companies are required to file annual return and pay the annual registration fee. Failure to do so will result in steps being undertaken by the Registry Office to have the company de-registered.
