1. You can request for copies of a marriage certificate in person at the Civil Service Office.
2. When you submit your request make sure that you have provided the following details, this will make searching for the marriage record much easier:
   1. name of spouses
   2. date of marriage
3. Do not forget to bring a valid identification, you may be asked to present this to confirm your identity and to make sure that you have the right to obtain a copy of the certificate.
4. Pay for the certificate.
