1. Submit the request to cancel the Birth Certificate, Marriage or Death. Attach the required documentation to the National Civil Register of the National Civil Registry.
2. The civil registration will announce the cancellation of any of the registration mentioned.

• Original Certificate of citizenship of the person making the request
• original written request of the cancellation of birth certificate, marriage or death.
• copy of the court decision ordering the outright cancellation of vital records, when the National Civil Registry, has no jurisdiction to order the cancellation, because the civil registers differ in the information provided: place, date of birth, sex or name of parents.
• copy of civil records of birth, marriage or death that have more than one entry
• certified copy of Deed in which the existence of all civil records of birth, marriage or death noted and the correct data protocolising documents on which clarifications are based clarification, if the data entered in the registers are identical, so that it can establish that it is the same person
