1. You must apply in person with the child at the Special registration offices, Municipal Auxiliary or at the Colombian Consulate in the country you are currently residing.
2. Submit an application form along with all other required documents.

• Civil register the child's birth (certified copy)
• Photograph sized 2.5 X 3 cm, white or blue background (Original)
• Certificate blood type and RH factor, provided it is not held in the birth record (Copy)
