A licensed pharmacist will be canceled under the following circumstances.

• Death or declared missing;
• subject to criminal penalties;
• revoked "Licensed Pharmacist Qualification Certificate";
• subject to administrative sanction of expulsion;
• due to health reasons or other reasons can not engage in the business of practicing pharmacists;
• The expiry of the registration has not been extended;
• unjustified absence for more than half a year's practice unit.
