1. Go to any office of the Civil Registry.
2. Apply for a duplicate license plate.
3. Present and submit the required documents.

For request

• valid Identity Card (in good condition)
• Vehicle Proficiency Certificate (Padron)
• Circulation Permit force
• For disablement or impairment reasons of the request, the applicant must submit the plates or in disrepair.
• If the reason is the loss or loss, damage or theft of one or both plates, the individual must submit a copy (legal) of the part of the complaint lodged with the Carabineros. This document is delivered the day after the record made in the same police station where the report was made.

• The applicant should affix his right thumb fingerprint digit in the application form.
• The delivery of the license plate will be made only to the vehicle owner or his legal representative.
