Apply In-Person:

1. Application form for construction of Irrigation Well is available in Department of Agriculture, Chhattisgarh – contact link
2. Applicant should make sure to carry all the documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page (Both photocopies and originals).
3. Applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the form and attach the photocopies of the documents that are needed along with the application form before submitting.
4. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per authority’s request.
5. Concerned authorities will look into the application form and submitted documents before providing approval.
6. Approval will be provided within 2-3 weeks.
7. If the approval has not been given within 3 weeks, applicant can visit the office to know status of their application.
   

Apply Online

1. The application form for the subsidy is available online on the Agriculture department portal Link
2. If the applicant is already a user, they can login directly. If the applicant is a new user, then they should register as a user.
3. After logging in, the application form for subsidy of construction of irrigation well is available.
4. The applicant should make sure to upload digital copies of the documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details like – personal details, technical details (soil details), land details etc. in the form and click on the “Submit” button.
6. The fee should be paid after submitting the application form (fee can be paid online).
7. If all of the above-mentioned procedures were followed by the applicant properly, the application form gets the approval from the concerned authority.
8. It takes around 2 weeks for the process to get over.
   
   

Apply through Centres:

1. To Apply Subsidy for Construction of Irrigation Well, the applicant shall visit the nearest CSC/Tehsil Centre. Find contacts to CSC centres in the link provided:Link
2. Procure the application form from the concerned centre and fill it up with the necessary details required for the process.
3. Make sure to attach all the "Required Documents" along with the application form before submission.
4. Provide authorized signatory and photograph, wherever applicable.
5. Now submit the application to the office of the concerned centre.
6. On successful verification, the applicant will be notified by the CSC centre.

• Once after the process is over, the selected applicants are directed to start the work under the technical supervision of the department officials.
