Apply In Person:

1. The license/permission for demolishing any building is provided by the concerned authorities in the Municipal Corporation. Contacts
2. The application form has to be obtained from the authorities in the respective district Municipal Corporation.
3. The prescribed application form for building demolition is Appendix A.
4. The application form has to be handwritten by the person/owner/agent applying for demolition purposes.
5. Along with the Appendix ‘A’ application, the Supervision Application should be submitted. I.e. Appendix ‘B’.
6. The filled application form has to be submitted along with the required documents prescribed by the authorities.
7. Make sure that you have all the documents which is mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
8. The fee estimation will be provided by the authorities based on the building type and its location.
9. Before the demolition, the owner has to make sure to disconnect the supplies to the building such as
   • Water Supply
   • Electricity Supply
   • Sewage Connection
10. After supervising everything the authorities will provide permission to demolish the building.

Apply Online:

1. To Apply License or Permission for Building Demolition, the applicant shall visit the website in the link provided:Link
2. Now select the area under “Find your authority” section.
3. Then the applicant shall click on the option “Applicant/Operational User” and log in through the web portal mentioned under the "Login" option and provide the required information (username and password) and verify the captcha for further processing.
4. After login, the applicant shall choose an appropriate option to proceed further.
5. The applicant shall fill up the application form with all the necessary details on a newly opened page and complete the given application form.
6. Now the applicant shall upload scanned copies of all the "Required Documents" for further processing.
7. Once the documents are uploaded, provide the mobile number/email ID and enter the received OTP.
8. Now click on "Submit" and pay the fee to complete the process.
9. On successful verification, the license will be issued by the authority.

The documents that are necessary for the building demolition permission are:

• 4 copies of building Plan and Statement (Ferro-Paper or any type of paper)
  • Building Plan
  • Site Plan
  • Service Plan
• 1 set of copies should be laminated.
• Extra copies if demanded by the authorities.
• Supervision Certificate.
• NOC certificate from the Neighbour (if the building is Semi-Detached)
