Apply In-Person:

1. Visit the nearest State Transport authority, the applicant can find their nearest STA by clicking on the link under the “External Links” section of this page.
2. The applicant will have to submit an application form from the respective office.
3. Enter details, such as name, address, GST number and other required information.

5. The applicant will have to attach documents as mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. Submit the application form here office location
7. Make a fee payment, the fee-related details are mentioned under the “Fees” section of this page.
8. The applicant’s lorry will be inspected to make sure it meets all safety standards.
9. Once the application has been approved, the applicant can collect the certificate from the RTO.
