Apply In-Person:

1. Visit the Ministry of Finance and planning office to obtain the necessary application forms (from 1B).
2. Fill in the application form accordingly and submit them with the rest of the required documents at the finance department front office.
3. The official will receive your application documents, and verify them, if they are correct.
4. If the application is verified, you will be issued with a notification of assessment of the tax base for your tax payment
5. Pay your tax and obtain a stamped payment guide.
   

NOTE: The notification will be made by registered letter, in person or by public notice to be fixed at the tax office.
