Apply In-Person:

1. Prepare the required documents and visit the Citizen’s house office in your region.
2. At the office obtain a unique password for the service and public service department to present your application.
3. Present the password with the rest of the required documents to the assisting official for verification.
4. Once the officer has ascertained your application, you will make an appointment for industrial inspection.
5. Pay the application and inspection fees.
6. A government inspector will inspect the facility to ensure that it meets the standard requirements for operations and forward the results for decision making and processing of the license.
7. If the results are satisfactory, they will complete your application and issue the license.
   

Note: If for failure to fulfil the requirements in the law the industrial premises is not approved during the inspection a deadline for compliance will be set and a new inspection will be conducted at a rate of 5,000 CVE. If conditions not met the rate will increase to $ 10,000CVE.

Application by a Proxy:

• Should you decide to be represent by a third party like a lawyer, the representative will follow the above procedures, and however they will be required to provide additional documents.

Proxy mandatory:

• Identification documents identification card or Passport
• Tax Identification Number Statement
• Applicants or Partners certificate of nationality, if a foreigner
• Applicant’s criminal records certificate, if he/she is the manager

• Commercial Registry or authenticated copy
• Company’s Statute, published in the National Gazette
• Company’s fact sheet.

Manager:

• Proxy or Minutes or Commercial Registration, naming the manager
• Managers certificate of criminal record
• Identification documents identification card or Passport
• Tax Identification Number Statement
• Applicants or Partners certificate of nationality, if a foreigner

• Application fees varies according to the municipality services and inspection fees. However the inspection costs 0.05% of the fixed capital investments cost and it may not be less than 2,500CVE
