Apply In-Person

1. Obtain the application form from the basic education institution at the national level.
2. Fill in the application form and attach the required documents to the form.
3. Submit the form to the institution you intended to register your child in.
4. The institution will go the application and if it meets the merits required the will accept it.
5. Confirm with the official the date and requirements for school admission

Students in school for the first time:

• Declaration of the child's attendance in the preschool (Optional)
• Copy or original of the Personal Certificate or Certified Birth Certificate
• Vaccine Report
• Application form duly completed and signed
• Photocopy of the identification document of the parents or guardian
  
  

In case of renewal of registration (2nd year to 6th year):

• In case of transfer, Proof of good results obtained in previous years
• Photocopy of the identification document of the person in charge of education
• Application Form
• Document requesting the transfer of the School if the student comes from another national school.
  
  

Renewal of registration (from the 7th / 8th year):

• Application Form
• 2 (two) Passport photos
• Declaration of completion of the 2nd cycle of Basic Education
• Photocopy of B.I. or Student passport
• Photocopy of B.I. or Passport of parent or guardian
• Declaration of salary of the household
• Declaration of the Tax Identification Number (TIN) of parents or guardians.

• Parents and guardians or organization authorized to do so can register children who are 6 years old.

• In public institutions, the Application Form costs 20 $ however the fee is subjected to change.

• Education is valid for life

• Registration normally begins at the beginning of school year usually between July and August. However, there are cases in which the enrolment may be required later .NOTE: only children who are 6 years old or completed by 31 December can enrol in the first year

• Basic Education is compulsory and it is required in High school and university enrolment
