1. Go to the office of General Directorate of Traffic and Road Safety (DGVSR).
2. Fill in the application form.
3. Sign the application form and submit along with all other required documents.
4. Pay the appropriate fee.

• Photocopy of ID card or residence card, for foreigners, also present the original document.
