Road tax is the rate applied to vehicles registered or recorded in Cape Verde, shortly after entering the country.
Apply In-Person:

1. Obtain the application form from the city hall office.
2. Fill in the form correctly and attach the required documents to it.
3. Submit the application to city hall for processing.
4. Pay for the application fees as instructed.
5. Your application will be processed and you obtain the road tax certificate.
