Apply In-Person:

1. Obtain the application form from the municipality of your region.
2. Fill in the form according to your category of request.
3. Attach the required documents to the filled application form and submit it for assessment.
4. The assisting city hall official will verify your document.
5. Once they are correct, according to your category of application, pay the application fees, however in most categories the application is free of charge.
6. Your application will be forwarded to the back office for processing and after a certain period of time you will receive your certificate.

For Tuition Reduction:

• Request addressed to the Mayor
• Copy of the ID card of the student and the guardian
• Declaration by the Zone Administrative Board to declaring that the guardian is not able to pay you fee

Note: In this case the certificate is free

For Legal Aid:

• Request addressed to the Mayor
• Copy of Identity Card
• Income statement issued by the Tax Office

Note: In this case the certificate is free

For insurance purposes:
Couple

• Request addressed to the Mayor
• Copy of the identity card of both spouses
• Declaration by the Zone Administrative Board to declare that one spouse does not work and lives under the responsibility of the other
  
  

From children to parents:

• Request addressed to the Mayor
• Copy of the Identity Card of the parents and the requesting child
• Declaration by the Zone Administrative Board to declare parents do not work and live under responsibility of the requesting child

Note: In both cases a fee of 115 $ is paid
