Following are the list of requirements that are to be carried out or completed before taking your pet to Cameroon.

1. The dog or cat should be vaccinated for rabies and other diseases between 30 days and 12 months of travel. It is always advisable to contact the embassy or the consulate of the country to which you are travelling to get the more updated list of diseases for which your pet has to be protected against.
2. The embassy or the consulate to the country your pet is travelling should provide you information about the requirements and mostly a form to fill in which should be completed.
3. Proof of Rabies vaccination should also be submitted along with the documents that are to be submitted.
