1. To apply for Phytosanitary Certificate, Applicant shall register on the DRCQ-MINADER WEB PORTAL.
2. To register on DRCQ-MINADER WEB PORTAL, please click on the following link: Link and select “create your account”
3. On the given link, fill up your details and click on “validate”
4. After registering your account, come back to the login page and select “connect”: Link
5. On the given link, Fill up your credentials and click on “validate”
6. Once login, fill up your consignment details and proceed.
7. Once your application is processed, the concern department will schedule an inspection.
8. The inspector inspects the shipment destined for export.
9. Once the inspection yields satisfactory results, a Phytosanitary Certificate is issued.
