1. Gather all documents you will need to submit or present in order to register a company (see "Required Documents" section).
2. Complete the registration form. A link is provided under "Documents to Use" section which you can use to download the form.
3. Visit MOC's, Business Registration Department and submit the completed form together with all other required documents.

• Application for a Company Registration (3 sets)
• Memorandum/Articles of Association (at least 3 sets)
• Copy of Identity Card or Passport (3 copies each)
• Photos 4x6 (3 copies)
• Bank certificate of registered capital (original copy)
• Receipt of Registration Fee (original copy)
• In case shareholder is a legal person:
  • Certified true copies of legal business registration documents of parent company (1 copy)
  • Power of Attorney appointing shareholder representative (1 original)
