This procedure explains various ways to Apply for Cancellation of ACR ICard in CALABARZON.

1. Go to the Office of Bureau of Immigration.
2. Submit the complete documentary requirements.
3. Get an Order of Payment Slip (OPS).
4. Pay the required fees.
5. Submit copy of Official Receipt.

• 2 copies of Letter of cancellation stating reasons thereof
