1. To obtain a driver’s license extract, the applicant can use ICBC online service. Here is the contact Link
2. Click on the following link to the online application form Link
3. The applicant will need to enter their last name and BC driver's license number.
4. Accept the terms and conditions, verify the captcha and click on “Continue”.
5. The applicant will need to enter other details when prompted.
6. The applicant may need to pay a fee, this will be told to them by the authorities.
7. Once all the information has been entered and submitted, the applicant shall receive their driver’s license extract by email.
