1. To apply for a Tobacco Wholesaler License, the applicant will need to mail an application form at the Tobacco Tax Section.
2. The applicant will need to submit a tobacco license application. Click on the following links to the application form Link
3. Fill out the application form with all the relevant details.
4. The applicant will need to attach required documents, find a list of documents under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Fee-related details are mentioned in the “Fees” section of this page.
6. Mail the application form to the address mentioned under the “Office Locations and Contacts” section of this page.
7. Once the application has been signed and approved, the applicant shall receive their license by mail.
