  2. Communicate your specific requirements to the laboratory or institution. Provide information about the type of ore, the purpose of analysis (e.g., exploration, process optimization, grade determination), and any particular tests or analyses you need.
  3. This will help them understand your needs and tailor their services accordingly.
  4. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
  5. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)

  7. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
  8. Provide detailed information about the samples you want to analyze. Include their nature, physical form (solid, liquid, or thin film), size, and any specific characteristics relevant to the analysis. Specify the type of analysis or imaging you require, such as structural analysis, elemental analysis, or high-resolution imaging.
  9. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
  10. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
  11. Ask the laboratory or institution for a quotation based on your sample analysis requirements. They will provide you with information about the cost, estimated turnaround time, and any additional details or conditions related to the analysis.

  13. Follow their guidelines regarding sample preparation techniques, handling, and packaging. Ensure that you comply with any safety protocols or regulations.
  14. Once the laboratory receives your samples, they will perform the TEM analysis according to your specifications. After the analysis is completed, they will provide you with a report summarizing the results, including micrographs, elemental analysis, structural information, and any relevant interpretations or conclusions.
  15. This entire process can be completed within 30 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
