1. To Consult the Harvest Guarantee, the applicant has to make the application online via link
2. On the homepage, click on the "Consulta Pública" option.
3. On the next page, select the year and the state where the crops were planted.
4. Enter your NIS (Social Identification Number) or your CPF (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number) to access the applican’s registration data.
5. There is no fee for this consult.
6. Enter the verification code shown on the screen and click on "Consultar" to view the status of the Harvest Guarantee application.
7. Once the officer gets reviewed the application, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
8. For further process, the applicant has to follow the instruction given by the officer.
9. This entire process can be completed within 1 or 2 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
