1. To Apply to Authorize the Registration of Zootechnical Tests, the applicant has to approach the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock link

6. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
7. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
8. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
9. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
10. Then the application will be processed further.
11. The responsible authority will review your application, assess the documentation, and evaluate the technical aspects and scientific validity of the tests.
12. They may also conduct site visits or inspections if necessary.
13. Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
14. If any deficiencies or additional information are identified during the review process, you may be asked to provide further clarification or make adjustments to your application.
15. If the application is deemed satisfactory and meets all the requirements, the applicant will receive approval for the registration of the zootechnical tests.
16. The authority will issue a registration certificate or license, indicating the authorized tests and any specific conditions or limitations.
17. This entire process can be completed within 30 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
