1. To Apply for Encceja Certificate, the applicant has to make the application online via link
2. The applicant has to click the “Start” button.
3. The applicant has to enter the CPF and click the “Continue” button.
4. The applicant will receive the link from the given email.
5. The applicant has to select the form from the menu list.
6. Enter all the details in the application form.
7. And upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
8. Pay the prescribed amount fee in online mode.
9. Once completed with all the details click the “Submit” button.
10. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
11. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
12. Once your application has been processed and the certificate is ready, you'll be informed about how to collect it. This could involve visiting theEnccejaadministrative office or receiving it by mail.
13. This entire registration process can be completed within 4 – 5 weeks or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

To be eligible to apply for the Encceja Certificate, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 15 years old on the day of the exam.
• Have not completed high school or equivalent.
• Be able to read and write Portuguese.

• The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
