1. To Apply for Duplicate National Migration Registration Card (CRNM), the applicant has to make their application online via link
2. The applicant has to click the “Start” button.
3. Enter all the details and click the “Next” button.
4. Also, enter all the registry data and click the “Next” button.
5. And upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. Pay the prescribed amount fee in online mode.
7. The fee for issuing the National Migration Registration Card - revenue code STN 140120 R$ 204.77
8. Once completed with all the details click the “Submit” button.
9. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
10. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
11. Once the process is completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
12. Once your registration is approved, you will be issued an RNE, which is the National Registry of Foreigners.
13. Once your application is approved and the duplicate CRNM is ready, you will need to return to the Federal Police office to collect it. Be sure to bring your protocol and identification.
14. This entire process can be completed within 30 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

• Police report (Boletim de Ocorrência) stating the loss or theft of your CRNM.
• A copy of your lost or damaged CRNM (if available).
• Identification documents (e.g., passport, national ID card).
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bills, lease agreement).
